We want you to love your jewellery. If something is not right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Unworn, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- Earrings, nose pins and customised or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged for hygiene and personalisation reasons, unless they arrive damaged.
How to request
WhatsApp or email us with your order number and photos. We will arrange a pickup where available, or share our address for you to ship the item.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please share an unboxing video or photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
